• SMOKING : 
      For your comfort- this property is of NON-SMOKING status.  Smoking is allowed on the covered pool deck.
  
  

• PET POLICY :
      Sorry, NO PETS are allowed.
  
  

• POOL/SPA HEAT
      Optional pool heat is $25 per day or $150.00 per week.  The spa is operated and heated separately from the pool & is available for use 24 hours a day.
  
  
  

• TELEPHONE CALLS :
      Local calls are free.  All others require calling card or credit card.
  
  
  

• SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT
     Payments accepted by credit cards (Visa, MC or Discover), personal checks, money orders, cashier checks, and Paypal. Security Deposit is waived if paying by credit card.
  
  We require a $300.00 deposit in order to hold your reservation. Reservation will be confirmed once the security deposit has been received (within 7 days).
  
  The security deposit is returned to you when we have confirmation that the accommodations and fixtures etc. are in the same condition as when you arrived and vacated on the correct date/time etc.
  
  The balance (rates plus 13% Florida sales & resort tax) are due 4 weeks before your arrival.
