Rental times are from 4 PM on the day of arrival until 10 AM the day of departure.

If your stay is 5 nights or less  - a cleaning fee of $75.00 will be charged.

Deposits:

Payments accepted by credit cards (Visa, MC or Discover), personal checks, money orders, cashier checks, and Paypal. Security Deposit is waived if paying by credit card.

We need a $300.00 deposit in order to hold your reservation. Reservation will be confirmed once the security deposit has been received (within 7 days).

The security deposit is returned to you when we have confirmation that the accommodations and fixtures etc. are in the same condition as when you arrived and vacated on the correct date/time etc.

The balance (rates plus 13% Florida sales & resort tax) are due 4 weeks before your arrival.
