This is a beautiful home in a quiet residential area, yet just minutes from Walt Disney World (my personal favorite), shopping, fine restaurants and any kind of entertainment you would like to enjoy. The home is light and airy and very tastefully decorated. The owners have thought of everything for your personal comfort. Don't let this one get away. My family and I were very pleased with this home. It was clean, comfortable and charming. The location is excellent, just a few miles from all the Disney attractions, which allows you to stop back for a rest. Having a fully stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer was wonderful, especially with kids. The best feature for us was having our own pool and spa. We enjoyed eating poolside and late night swims after a long day. We stayed in this home the week of Thanksgiving 2002 and it was fantastic! There were 8 of us and we still had plenty of room to grow. We felt right at home the minute we walked through the doors! Everything you could possibly need at your fingertips including the location. It was so nice coming home every evening instead of a HOTEL! The kids loved it and we all enjoyed the pool and hot tub! We wouldn't do it any other way. Many people say that once you stay on Disney property, you'll never stay off-site again. I disagree. This house is perfect. You have your own pool and hot tub in a quiet neighborhood located 10 minutes from any of the Disney parks. Any restaurant you can think of is minutes away. The house is spacious - we shared it with another family (there were 10 of us in all) and there was plenty of room to spread out and relax. We packed light and utilized the washer and dryer off of the kitchen. We ate many of our meals at the house, saving on food expenses, and sparing ourselves of greasy, fast food all the time. This house is a wonderful reprieve from the hustle and bustle of busy hotels and theme parks. It has all of the amenities of home - coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, can opener, hair dryer, utensils and cooking supplies - not to mention the awesome collection of movies and games. We just finished staying at your house for the period 05/15/04 - 05/22/04. The house is so comfortable and very tastefully decorated. We all felt very much at home. The location is excellent for visiting Disney, Sea World and all the other local attractions. My favorite at the house was the lovely pool with the screened porch. We loved sitting out there in the early mornings and late into the evenings. Thanks for opening your home to us. We stayed at your house in July 2004 and loved it.  The children loved the pool and were in it most of the time so the adults could sleep, read and visit.  A welcome respite after the rigors and the Magic Kingdom.  The children also loved the Play Station.  We would definetley stay there again.  Thank you for taking such good care of your home and for letting us stay!

We had a great time. weather was great and just made it in between all the hurricanes. House was very cozy, with tv's in all rooms, DVDs and VCR movies for the kids to watch. We have typically gone to Orlando 2-3 times for the past 7 yrs. This house has to be one of the best we have stayed at.       The Lech Family, Rockaway NJ.

The house was perfect for our two families. There was nine of us all together and we all had a bed to sleep in. The parks were very close and easy to get to. The kids loved having a tv in all the rooms and the parents loved the hot tub at night after a long day. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you for opening your home to us.

The magic in the villa encircled our hearts and filled our trip with beautiful memories. It was especially nice to come "home" each night. Our visit was the most relaxing vacation we have had in years. Each personal touch in the villa creates a most excellent atmosphere.  We enjoyed the board games, relaxing in the spa, and especially waking to Mickey and the other characters of the decorations. The community of Indian Ridge Oaks was very quiet and well maintained. Neighbors waved as we drove past and seemed very friendly.  We felt very safe and secure at Indian Ridge Oaks. My husband also found navigating roadways to Disney properties very quick and problem free. Thank you for the short-cut information and all of the planning resources you mailed in advance.

We have been on site in Disneyworld many times but staying at your home was the most enjoyable time we have experienced. We stayed at your beautiful home the week of July 10th, 2005 and couldn't have asked for a nicer experience. The home was so clean and so equipped with everything we could have needed and more. I can't tell you how much we enjoyed the pool, and the late night swims. We especially loved being able to still see the stars at night, but not be bothered by mosquitos, etc. What a treat! The information you shared about Disney and surrounding areas was priceless, since we have never been there with our children, now 14 and 10. It was the perfect time to go. On the last day, after sadly having to leave your home, we went on a short day trip until our plane was to leave... Wonderworks was a really neat place to spend a few hours, lots of hands on fun illusions, etc, and all in an upside building. Plus it was air conditioned! It was a nice compliment to having done all we could fit in at Disney and Universal during the week. Thanks for all your help and information, and although we've never met, I feel like I know you since you were so welcoming and full of helpful hints. Your home was absolutely fabulous!!!!  This was our second time in 2 years we have stayed in your home, and we love it....we have gone down with my sister and her family of 3 young children, and our family with our son 19 and a friend of his...The hot tub was the best on those chilly evenings...loved the pool.The only time I contacted the management company was to confirm that we had arranged with you for a late check out on Saturday, and they were great...       February 2006

 

We had a wonderful time at your home. We went with our 3 children (6,4 and 1) and also brought Grandma. It was wonderful to have so much room for everyone. Everything we could think of was provided from the pack & play crib and high chair to the beach towels! The kids enjoyed swimming and we loved using the hot tub after they went to bed. It was very helpful having a washer and dryer. We ate a lot of meals at the house (big savings) and didn't feel so bad paying for all the character dining at Disney. It was so easy to get to all the parks - we went twice a day with a break back at the house. Thanks for all the information. Brian enjoyed golfing at Mystic Dunes and at a Disney course.  The kids have  been talking since we left about going back. A wonderful time was had by all the week of April 1st, 2006. Your home is beautiful, immaculate, very spacious  and sooooooo much fun. As a matter of fact none of us were too smart because we realized, after the fact, that we could have saved a whole lot of money as the kids had such a fabulous time in the pool and watching several of the hundreds of videos that were available that we didn't need to find adventure elsewhere. And, let me put in a plug for the hot tub. After walking 40 miles each day in the parks that's all we could think about on our way home. It was the perfect therapy. Who would ever want to stay in a Disney hotel if they could stay at the Hoyt House. Needless to say we loved every moment of it.

Your place was was exceptional. Everything you could think of that you needed was there to use. The beds were so comfortable - everything was decorated so nice -the kids loved it. We had the most relaxing vacation ever staying in your home. We have stayed in Florida to do the parks many times with our children, but never as comfortably as this time. Our children are now grown and wanting friends to join us. We knew staying in a hotel would feel cramped so when we heard of your home we were very excited. I felt so comfortable the minute I stepped in the front door. There is a very open yet cozy feel to your place. I even enjoyed doing some of our laundry and cooking a couple of meals. The pool, videos, and games gave us more personal family time than a hotel would have. And we were nice and close to any outside activity we were in the mood to visit. We just completed a 2 nite stay at this truly lovely vacation home, Mickey's Magical Villa. This home is a newer home (actually looks brand NEW) that is well maintained. All important and helpful information is clearly posted within the home as well as contained in the welcome packet. The layout of the house is extremely well done and furnishings are high quality and comfortable. The kitchen is truly equipped with great cookware and casual ceramic dishware.  There are really cute Mickey and Disney touches everywhere from the knobs on the kitchen cabinets to the shower curtain to lamps in the bedroom. The lanaii and spa/pool area is wonderful and DO get the heat for the water in the winter!  It was a slice of heaven!  We were traveling with  3 young children (4, 18 months, and 9 months) and wanted to be able to go to the Magic Kingdom in the morning, bring the kids back for a nap in the afternoon and then return to the park for the late afternoon and evening. It worked out perfectly!  This home is easy to find and is a short drive to groceries, restaurants, and truly just minutes from the  Disney properties. Just a quick note about Giordano's Pizza...........they deliver, it was FABULOUS, but when they say "stuffed" they don't mean the crust!  It is STUFFED and is 2-3 inches thick! But WOW - was it good!!  Mary was a perfect "landlady", extremely helpful and very professional. Even though our reservations were short notice, she worked with us and got our packet to us in very quick time. She was an absolute delight to work with. We especially appreciated the "short cut" directions to Disney. Even though our visit was short, it was made really wonderful because of this beautiful, comfortable home and the people that own it!
